When asked about their preference for office outfits, most respondents globally agreed wearing casual wear is desirable, and doing so will improve work performance, according to the recent survey conducted by Lululemon Athletica. The conventional business suit and leather shoes plus a tie are going out of fashion in the post-Covid-19 era, at least in some sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Even before the outbreak of Covid-19, it was generally accepted to wear relatively casually if not jeans and T-shirts in Hong Kong. Of 1000 respondents, 86% of Hong Kongners said they want to wear casual outfits in the office. Wearing casual outfits will improve work efficiency, 84% responded. These changes in peoples\u2019 perceptions are based on a logical truth indeed; however, not many dared to challenge the norms in the business traditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Hong Kong has largely kept coronavirus cases to zero, but the travel restrictions are not lifted yet.
